Arrest made over Whitchurch ram raid
Tuesday 18th October 2011, 11:00AM BST.
Police investigating a ram raid at the Co-op store in Wrexham Road, Whitchurch last month, have arrested a suspect.
A 28-year-old man from Liverpool was arrested at Runcorn police station on suspicion of burglary at the store during the early hours of September 14.
An ATM machine was stolen during the raid.
The suspect has been bailed to return to Runcorn police station next month pending further enquiries.
