Free car parks plea by Oswestry traders

Oswestry traders are calling for car parking charges to be waived during late night shopping in the town in the run-up to Christmas.
The town’s Chamber of Commerce wants to launch late night shopping to stop customers travelling out of town to Shrewsbury, Telford and Wrexham.
It says free parking would provide even more incentive and draw people from a wider area.
