Warm weather on way for Shropshire
Saturday 24th September 2011, 11:29AM BST.
Unusually balmy autumn weather could see temperatures soar as high as 27C (80F) in Britain this week, forecasters claimed today.
The Met Office says there are signs that suggest there will be several days of warm and dry weather.
The south and east of the country should benefit the most and see temperatures in the mid-twenties.
In Shropshire and Mid Wales temperatures are predicted to reach about 17C (63F) by Tuesday and rise above that for the rest of the week.
