Whitchurch Sainsbury’s decision due this afternoon

A decision on whether to build a Sainsbury’s store in Whitchurch, creating up to 250 jobs, was due to be made this afternoon.
The plans for the development off London Road was being discussed by Shropshire at the meeting in Wem.
The application, which has divided public opinion, has been recommended for approval by planning officers.
