Just seven years ago, Tony Beryl sang into a microphone for the first time at a karaoke competition in Portugal – and now, he’s into the second round of Telford’s Talent 2011.
Tony sang It’s Now or Never by Elvis at Sunday’s audition in Oakengates, and wowed the judges with a stunning performance.
The competition, which is run by Telford and Wrekin Council, culminates in a live show in October.

Well Andrew people like us in the game of writing new songs are always looking for that ‘voice’ that can help us sell our latest competition . And why not somebody from Shropshire having a lucky break . We have just got our first Publishing deal and yes we found the vocalist in SHROPSHIRE.Sadly we had no interest in the UK and signed the deal in the U.S.A . The location ironically is MEMPHIS, home of Elvis Presley.
