Welshpool towpath attack suspect bailed

A man has been arrested on suspicion of a sexual assault in Welshpool.
Dyfed-Powys Police said today they had arrested a man in relation to the alleged attack. He has now been released on police bail pending further inquiries.
Officers cordoned off parts of the Montgomery Canal towpath between the Spar and Tesco on Sunday and Monday following the alert on Saturday night.
