Farming college Harper Adams among best in country

Students have ranked Harper Adams University College as one of the best in the country – putting it just behind the great seats of learning, Oxford and Cambridge.
A total of 91 per cent of students from the university college in Edgmond, near Newport, said they were “satisfied” with their education.
The National Student Survey put Harper Adams joint eighth in the country, alongside the University of Bath.
The number of satisfied students at Oxford was 93 per cent, putting it in fourth place, while Cambridge got 94 per cent and topped the league.
The University of Wolverhampton, which has a campus in Telford, was ranked among the best in the country for the quality of its learning resources. It scored 85 per cent in the category, which includes IT and library facilities, compared with a national average of 80 per cent.
Overall student satisfaction was 77 per cent.
