Woman repeatedly kicked in Telford mugging
Monday 15th August 2011, 11:29AM BST.
A woman was punched to the ground and repeatedly kicked in an attempted robbery in Telford.
Officers say the victim, in her 20s, was walking along Trench Road after leaving The Duke pub at about 11.20pm yesterday when she heard someone shouting as she reached an alleyway at the end of Gordon Road.
A man and a woman approached. The man then hit and kicked the victim and tried to grab her phone.
