Teen held over Bridgnorth attack

A 16-year-old boy has been arrested after a 40-year-old man was attacked outside a fish and chip shop in Bridgnorth.
The man, who suffered a broken arm, was assaulted outside the Seagull restaurant, in Listley Street, at about 11pm on July 31.
Investigating officer Constable Mark Naylor said today: “A 16-year-old youth was arrested on Monday on suspicion of assault, causing grievous bodily harm.
“He was been interviewed and bailed to a future date while inquiries continue.”
