Council and traders will use cash to boost Oswestry

Oswestry Town Council officials have revealed it wants to work alongside traders to help boost the town with cash from a future supermarket development.
Council clerk David Preston visited Oswestry Chamber of Commerce last night to give an update on town council plans and offered members a say in the process.
During a presentation Mr Preston said it was “vital for a link between the business and the local authority” and invited them to suggest how to improve the town.
He said: “We are interested in engaging with the town business industry.”
