Wellington Carnival, which is attended by thousands of people every year, has been cancelled – watch our video to find out why.

The carnival, which raises hundreds of pounds for county charities, was due to take place on Saturday at Bowring Park.

Chairman Brian Harpham told our video team the story behind this year’s cancellation.
