Resurfacing work to start on two Shrewsbury roads

Drivers are being warned to be prepared for disruption as resurfacing work starts on two roads in Shrewsbury this weekend.
Work on Mount Pleasant Road and Ditherington Road in Shrewsbury will take place over three consecutive Sundays.
Traffic chiefs said Mount Pleasant Road would be closed to through traffic.
Ditherington Road will remain open while the work is carried out on this section but traffic will be controlled by temporary traffic lights, signing and coning.
