Telford killing trial date set
Monday 23rd May 2011, 8:33PM BST.
Two men who deny murdering a Telford factory worker today also pleaded not guilty to charges of manslaughter during a hearing at Stafford Crown Court.
Andrezj Robaszkiewicz, 37, of Madeley, and Mariusz Garbaczewski, 24, of Woodside, both Telford, denied unlawfully killing Pavol Lazar at an address in Telford in October last year.
The case was adjourned until July 18 for trial. Garbaczewski was remanded in custody and Robaszkiewicz was bailed conditionally.
