Two Bridgnorth bus services face axe

Two Bridgnorth bus services are to be axed after Shropshire Council withdrew funding for them, it was revealed today.
Arriva Midlands’ 491 and 492 will cease from June 9.
The buses run on Thursdays between Captains Road and Highfields Road, via Meadow Close, High Street, the Woodberry, Down Inn, Conduit Lane, Castlefields, Pool Drive, The Wheatlands and Portmans Road.
