Like many other people, whilst I wish the Royals no ill-will, I really couldn’t care less about their social activities, provided they spend as little of my taxes on them as possible.
I note we’re not invited to comment on Shirley Tart’s gushing article about her going to this non-event. I saw her harping on about it on the telly this morning – to be honest the fawning nearly put me off my breakfast.

The good thing to come out of the wedding is the extra day off. I will be making sure I find something worthwhile to do with my time and it won’t be following any of the days events!
