Telford cricket club ransacked

Thieves ransacked a Telford sports club in the early hours of today in the latest in a spate of attacks on clubs across the area.
The thieves forced open the fire exit at Wellington Cricket Club in Haygate Road at about 2am, but nothing was taken.
In recent weeks Telford Hornets Rugby Club in Dawley and Madeley Cricket Club have fallen victim to break-ins.
Vandals also caused damage at Shifnal Town Football Club and Idsall Sports Centre.
