Thursday 17th February 2011, 1:55PM GMT.
Two teenagers were taken to hospital after being found with stab wounds at a house in Telford.
One of the victims had suffered stab injuries to his neck, while the other was treated for a stab wound to his leg.
Police believe the youths were injured during a fight in High Street, Hadley, before paramedics were called to an address at Gladstone Court at about 5.30pm yesterday.
John Hawker, from West Midlands Ambulance Service, said: “We received a call to reports of an assault in Hadley last night.
“Two patients were transferred to the Princess Royal Hospital in the same ambulance, one patient had a neck injury and the other a leg injury.”
One of the teenagers received stitches and was discharged. The other remains in hospital for observation.
West Mercia Police spokesman Chris Ammonds said: “We received a call to an incident at Gladstone Court, High Street, Hadley, at about 5.30pm last night.
“The call came in from the ambulance service, who had received reports of a fight outside. We received a call from a member of the public as well.
“An assault had taken place and two males in their late teens were discovered with what appeared to be stab injuries. Our inquiries are ongoing.”
