Public exhibition over Whitchurch Tesco plans

Supermarket giant Tesco is to hold a public exhibition in Whitchurch this month to allow people to see its major plans to expand and relocate in the town.
The scheme involves converting its existing premises in White Lion Meadow into a “metro” store, while creating a larger store and fuel station in Edgeley Park.
The exhibition will take place in the civic centre on February 18 and 19.
