why do we need new council offices the existing one has only been up 25 minutes.
I thought that there was a crisis on money

The existing council offices have been bought by Asda along with the site so that they can build thier new supermarket, this will fund the new offices for T&W, the rest of the regeration for the southwater area is funded by private enterprise… not rate payers moneys.. its not difficult to understand, the plans and costing were muted years ago in this very paper/online.
Personally i am looking forward to the whole scheme when finished in around 10 years time.
The whole thing is the entire project.
