Rider airlifted after Shropshire quadbike accident
Monday 10th January 2011, 12:14PM GMT.
A man has been airlifted to hospital after being injured while quad biking in Shropshire.
The 18-year-old suffered a broken right collarbone and left wrist in the incident during an event at Colstey Wood off the A488 near Clun at about 1.30pm yesterday.
He was initially helped back to the main road by a St John Ambulance crew who were in attendance at the event
