A murder probe is under way today after a woman was found dead at a flat in a Shropshire village.

The woman, who has not been named, was found at a flat in Caradoc View, Hanwood, near Shrewsbury, at 5.20pm yesterday.

A man was today being quizzed by detectives after being arrested on suspicious of murder last night.

    i live just around the corner, we always hear about murders on the news and we feel sad, but when it happenes right on ur doorstep, thats when you really feel the shock especially when you know them. Thoughts go out to brother and mother R.I.P xx

    The last words my auntie jane ever said to me was ‘i love you very much, you take care’ and i will always remember these words. She was such a special person to me and my whole family we will all miss her so much. Jane i love you very much too. You meant so much to me and your memory will live on with us forever. p.s have a beer with grandad for me X x
