Equally unfair to those who have strived to feed, clothe and educate the future generations at a massive cost to themselves. They have to juggle working longer, providing for their old age and still keep their children into their twenties or allow them to be fleeced by landlords and accumulate debt that will mean never being able to get a mortgage themselves or consider supporting a family of their own one day. (though they could do so irresponsibly!)
It is no wonder parents are supporting their children in protesting about this as it’s them that are by and large being let down as well as the young people (of England mainly).
