Light aircraft crash at Birmingham Airport
Friday 19th November 2010, 4:25PM GMT.
A small aircraft crashed at Birmingham Airport this afternoon leaving two people injured and flights diverted.
Early reports said that one of the injured was critically ill, while a second was said to be “walking wounded” after the drama at around 3:40pm.
West Midlands Police confirmed that they were at the scene.
