Whitchurch’s Red Lyon up for sale

A north Shropshire pub has gone up for sale with a £250,000 price tag.
The Red Lyon in High Street, Whitchurch, is a former JD Wetherspoon’s pub.
It is on the market with estate agents Fleurets and is being sold on a freehold basis with its contents.
Linda Ross, who is handling the sale for Fleurets, said it meant the site, which is being sold by pub company Admiral Taverns, could remain as a pub.
The site includes a large car park and an outdoor patio area.
