Telford murder accused in court

A 24-year-old man accused of murdering a Telford factory worker today appeared in court.
Mariusz Garbackzewski, of Midland Court, Stanier Drive, Woodside, appeared at Shrewsbury Crown Court for a preliminary hearing.
Mrs Joanne Barker, prosecuting, said the case had been sent from Telford Magistrates Court where Garbackzewski was charged with the murder of 31-year-old Pavol Lazar.
The case was adjourned until January 5 and he was remanded in custody.
