Arrest after boy warned

A teenager has been arrested in connection with anti-social behaviour in a town on the Shropshire and Mid Wales border just days after being given a written warning by the police.
The 16-year-old boy was arrested under the harassment act last night after he failed to comply with a warning notice served on him, police said.
He was one of four Knighton youngsters to receive written warnings on September 15 in relation to anti-social behaviour in the town.
