Fatal crash court date

A 53-year-old Shropshire man has denied causing the death of another man on a main road between Shrewsbury and Welshpool.
Allan Pritchard, of Meadowbrook, Bayston Hill, near Shrewsbury, appeared at Shrewsbury Crown Court yesterday.
He denied causing the death of David Evans by driving a Volvo lorry dangerously on the A458 on May 5 last year.
The case was adjourned and Pritchard was released on unconditional bail.
