Man charged with Telford murder
Thursday 9th September 2010, 9:33PM BST.
A 53-year-old man has been charged with the murder of a woman who was found dead at a house in Telford.
The body of Amrit Kaur Ubhi, 24, was discovered at a home in Berberis Road in Leegomery on Tuesday afternoon.
A man, understood to be her father Gurmeet Singh Ubhi, was charged with her murder shortly before 9pm on Thursday.
He is due to appear before magistrates in Telford on Friday morning.
