Motorbiker seriously hurt in accident

A Shropshire motorcyclist suffered serious injuries in collision with a van near a motorway bridge.
The crash happened at about 5.15pm yesterday at Upton Warren, near Bromsgrove, Worcestershire.
The 46-year-old motorcyclist, from Shrewsbury, suffered multiple injuries including a broken pelvis, right arm and leg. His injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
Murray MacGregor, spokesman for West Midlands Ambulance Service, said the man was airlifted to the Regional Trauma Centre at Selly Oak Hospital. The van driver was unhurt.
