Rallying call to save Royal British Legion clubs

Power cut hits 3,300

More than 3,300 homes and businesses in Telford were without power for two hours today.
Properties in the Ketley and Ketley Bank areas were left without electricity when a fault happened at about 6.30am.
Engineers worked to by-pass the problem and supplies to all customers were restored at 8.30am.
Central Networks spokesman Scott Somerville said: “The power was cut at 6.32am and unfortunately 3,344 customers lost their supplies.”
