Two in hospital after crash
Monday 17th May 2010, 9:45AM BST.
Two people were taken to hospital after a crash near Ellesmere which left a road closed for almost two hours.
Two cars were involved in the collision at about 3pm on Saturday on the A528 Ellesmere to Overton road, at the junction of Eastwick Lane and Red Hall Lane. One car landed in a hedge.
A man in his 30s was taken to the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital complaining of back pain.
A woman with neck pain, who was in the other car containing a family-of-five, was taken to Wrexham Hospital.
