Electrical box ablaze
Monday 10th May 2010, 11:46AM BST.
A Shropshire family fled their home after an electrical box outside the house caught fire.
The Telford family was alerted by a neighbour and raised the alarm at about 10.55pm yesterday.
Neil Maguire, watch manager at Tweedale Fire Station, said the family of two adults and two children were left distressed after the fire broke out in the electrical box beside their front door at their home in Westbourne, Woodside.
The family was allowed to go back into the house afterwards.
