A Shropshire doorman was today found guilty of the manslaughter of a father-of-four at a Shrewsbury nightclub.

Daryl Brown was found guilty by a jury of eight women and four men after an hour of delibrations at Birmingham Crown Court.

The jury recorded the unanimous verdict after 33-year-old Brown, of Severn Drive, Wellington, denied the manslaughter of Darren Griffiths, of Harmer Hill, who died following an incident at Liquid & Diva nightclub on June 29 last year.
