Bonfire night is coming. Why not send us pictures from your local event and we'll put the best on the website and in the Shropshire Star newspaper.

Here are some of the bonfires taking place in the county. If your event is missing, add the details in the comment box below and we'll update it.

TELFORD

Blists Hill Victorian Town, Ironbridge, Saturday, November 7

Firework display, ironrolling demonstration, shops and attractions open as normal.

Gates open 6pm, fireworks 7.30pm

Weston Park, Sunday, November 8

Two firework displays, bonfire, funfair, radio roadshow

Gates open 3pm, bonfire lit 5.30pm, firework displays 6pm and 7.30pm.

Entrance £15 per car with a maximum of six per vehicle. (01952) 852100

Broad Oak Field, Donnington, Saturday, November 14

Bonfire, fireworks, funfair. Starts 6pm, bonfire lit 7pm with fireworks after.

Free admission.

SHREWSBURY

West Mid Showground, Berwick Road, Shrewsbury, Saturday November 7

Fireworks, bonfire and other attractions.

Gates open 2.30pm and close at 9.30pm - bonfire and fireworks from 7pm and free parking on site.

Tickets £5 for adults, £4 senior citizens, £1 for under 16s accompanied by an adult. Free entry for under fives. See www.westmidshow.co.uk/bonfire.

BORDER

Chirk AAA's annual bonfire and firework display, Thursday, November 5.

Gates open 5.30pm Bonfire lit, 6.30pm.

£3 adults and over 12s. Under 12s free.

Food available.

Brogyntyn Park, Oswestry, Saturday, November 7 from 7pm.

Admission is £5 for adults and children under 16 are free.

Football Fireworks, The Venue, Park Hall, Friday, November 6

Football match kick off 7.45pm followed by fireworks display.

Price includes match ticket and fireworks.

Adults £5, children £2.

Family ticket, two adults and two children, £10.

NORTH SHROPSHIRE

Wistanswick Institute, near Stoke-on-Tern, Saturday, November 7.

Bonfire and fireworks display from 6.30pm.

Entry for adults is £6, under 16s £4 or under 4s free.

The entry price includes refreshments and food like soup, hot dogs and mulled wine.

Village playing field, Audlem, near Market Drayton, Saturday, November 7.

Bonfire and fireworks event as well as funfair and refreshments.

MID-WALES

Maesydre recreation ground, Welshpool, Thursday, November 5.

Bonfire and fireworks.

Gates open 5.45pm, show starts 6.15pm.

Also features low noise display for children before main event.
