After 15 years, owners Steve and Caroline Murray are aiming to move out of Bell Hall in Belbroughton, near Stourbridge.

And despite the price tag which puts it outside the price range of most buyers, there have already been three viewings and estate agents say it is creating “a lot of interest” since it went on the market a week ago.

Mr and Mrs Murray said they were moving away partly for business reasons, and also to downsize as their three children have now left to go to university.
