Homes of the Week: Castle Lodge, Ludlow

Friday 13th August 2010, 9:15AM BST.

The house was the residence of Catherine of Aragon whilst she was married to Prince Arthur. She later went on to marry Henry VIII.

The property that we found for you this week was so good that we had to give it a category all of it’s own.

This Grade II listed medieval town house may cost a cool £1,350,000, but for that price you’ll be buying a little piece of history.

It’s full of original features inside, such as the stained glass windows from the Tudor period and was even used to shoot the 1965 film version of Moll Flanders.

But be warned – some say that it’s haunted by the spirit of Catherine of Aragon, who once lived there..

Check out our picture gallery to the right for a guided tour of this spectacular home.
