    Get real, who the hell can afford that kind of money as a first time buyer??? who could get a loan of that amount as a first time buyer??? and who the hell could afford the repayments on the loan as first time buyers???.

    Absolutely spot on Rallyguy, who on earth can afford that around here??

    That basically means that a couple on £20,000 each (which is far more than a lot of people are on in Shropshire) would be stretched for that.

    And as I’ve asked before, what’s with this obsession for appartments?! Most people look to buy houses but all I see being built everywhere are luxury appartments.

    What on earth are the councils doing??
