Stolen stamps reward offered

A pensioner from Powys has offered a cash reward for the safe return of more than £46,000 worth of stamps.
Kenneth Kensall, 67, of Presteigne, had more than 400 albums stolen last year.
Two people were jailed for the theft this month but many of the stamps have never been recovered. Call Dyfed-Powys Police on 101.
