Pair charged in death case

Two people arrested in connection with the murder of a Shrewsbury man have been charged with perverting the course of justice.
Police today said a man and woman were arrested by officers investigating the death of Paul Wayne Rugg, 52, who was found with stab wounds at his home in Kynaston Road, Harlescott, on January 6.
