Shropshire’s soldiers are keeping fighting fit ready for deployment to Afghanistan with a health and fitness fair held in the county.
Shrewsbury’s Copthorne Barracks hosted the event yesterday.
Rachel Smyth, Army spokeswoman, said it was vital soldiers maintained their physical and mental health throughout the year.
