Pool closed over water quality concerns
Tuesday 9th March 2010, 2:22PM GMT.
A Telford swimming pool was closed this afternoon after concerns about water readings.
Leisure bosses were hoping to be able to re-open the pool at the Madeley Court Sports Centre at 7am tomorrow.
They said the pool had been closed over “inconsistent pool readings” and advised customers to contact the centre before going along for a swim tomorrow on (01952) 382770.
The rest of the facility remains open.

It always smells like a bleach factory.
Its taken this long?

It had nothing to do with water quality, it was the attacks carried out by a big brown shark!!!

@Dan B: That bleach smell is small amounts of chlorine evolved from sodium hypochlorite, the same smell you get from, erm, bleach. You should be concerned if it doesn’t smell like that. The fact that it does is a good thing.
