More than 200 VIPs took to the red carpet at a Shropshire cinema for a special film premiere.
The guests brought a touch of glamour as they joined students from Shrewsbury College, who helped produce the film.
The documentary’s premiere was held at the town’s Cineworld cinema complex in Old Potts Way.
The 80-minute documentary follows a year in the life of the International Red Cross, as seen through the eyes of the students.
The youngsters have formed a close relationship with the worldwide humanitarian body in recent years.
A college spokesman said: “Travel and tourism students were the driving force behind the film, assisted by a dozen students from performing arts, and the film was professionally produced by the British Youth Film Academy, which did much of the filming and all the post-production work.
“A group of the travel and tourism students were invited to attend the 150th anniversary of the founding of the Red Cross, in Italy last year, and their class support for the Red Cross has earned them a nomination for the Humanitarian Citizens of the Year award.
“When Cineworld heard about the project they offered to premiere the film in one of their 200-seat cinemas.”
