Police in plea over missing youth, 16
Thursday 25th February 2010, 7:59PM GMT.
A 16-year-old boy who has gone missing after a visit to Telford could be with his girlfriend, police said today.
Liam Carl Taylor has not been seen since he made off from carers at about 4pm on February 10 at Telford Shopping Centre.
Police believe Liam, who has been living in Welshpool, could be with girlfriend, Stacey Cudworth, 17.
There are no concerns for his welfare but police are keen to trace him to check he is all right.
Chris Ammonds, Telford police spokesman, said: “We have concerns about how Liam is sustaining himself while he is missing because we cannot be sure that either he, or Stacey, have any direct access to money of their own.”
Liam is white, about 5ft 5in, of medium build and has light brown, spiked hair. Anyone with information can call 0300 333 3000.
