Milestone for miracle twins

Shropshire twins Matthew and Isabelle Clarke were today at the heart of special celebrations.
It is their first birthday – a milestone parents Alan and Tammy Clark, of Hanwood near Shrewsbury, thought they would never reach, because the twins were born 16 weeks premature.
