Sessions take place once a week for eight weeks and if you enjoy it and want more then there are many opportunities to carry on afterwards. Many of the courses are free or cost very little, you don’t necessarily have to have the ‘right kit’ and you and your friends can go together and give it a go.
If you would call yourself a semi-sporty person, then Sport Unlimited is for you. You can find out more by asking one of the PE teachers at your local school or taking a look at the Sport Unlimited web page at www.shropshire.gov.uk/sports.nsf
Alternatively, just send an email to leisure@shropshire.gov.uk or sportsdev@telford.gov.uk There’s loads to do right across Shropshire, so find out some more about Sport Unlimited now.
- Are you looking for a sport or physical activity club in Shropshire or Telford & Wrekin? Or do you want to advertise your club? You can do both of these free by using the Energize Club Directory. Visit www.energizestw.org.uk or call 01743 255079 for details.
