Thousands in county seeking illicit affairs

Wedding bouquetThe largest website in Britain aimed at introducing married people looking to have affairs today revealed that more than 2,500 people in Shropshire were actively seeking an extra-marital relationship.

Bosses at illicitencounters.com today announced it was their busiest January to date.

The move comes as a leading marriage guidance counsellor today warned that new technology was making it easier for people to have affairs rather than address problems in their marriage.

Paula Hall, sexual and relationship psychotherapist and counsellor for Relate, said the concern with websites such as illiciten counters.com was that they made it easier for people to have affairs. “The growth of new technology in terms of communication together with how much easier it is to travel has seen a sharp rise in the number of people having affairs,” she added.

“The concern with sites such as these is that they do make it easier and do provide a distraction for people who otherwise may address the problems in their marriage instead.”

Spokeswoman for illicitencounters.com Rosie Freeman-Jones said Shropshire was 19th in the counties with the highest density of members.

Fact is, if you have a loving caring secure marriage neither of you will be lured away regardless of what people say. Far too many couples these days simply don’t have the interest in sticking with things and applying themselves and want it all without having to pay the price. This is why so many marriages fail, it has sod all to do with internet sites!

Well Suellan Fowler the reasons is this

Women, no matter how beautifull they are in their 20′s and 30′s generally become slightly “Battleship-ish” in their 40′s. This is upsetting for a man. Therefore it is only right that a man seek out a new bit of skirt (preferably with a cracking set of charlies)

This story is just an advert really, yes? and someone thought might be …topical?

If you can’t find the site then you suffer from a modern illiteracy.. Googlessness! TBH I’ve not looked for it, it’s a quite sad idea really. They should be laughed at in public – seems thats the only freedom we have now.
