Local lad Steve Leslie was the match-winner as Shrewsbury Town secured a vital victory to stay in the League Two promotion race.

Leslie scored the only goal of the game in the 54th minute, putting away a neat chip to celebrate his recall to the starting line-up.
Leading scorer Dave Hibbert also went close with a volley just wide as Shrewsbury looked to extend their lead.
The Silkmen’s best chance of rescuing a point came late on, Junior Daniel blasting over the bar.
