Star pair cut ribbon at wedding fair

Shropshire’s new style stars Nat Blackbourn and Lauren Bason today officially opened one of the county’s largest wedding exhibitions.
Lauren, of Shifnal, and Nat, of Shrewsbury, were named the Faces of the Future for 2010 and cut the ribbon to launch the Telford Wedding Exhibition a which runs until Sunday.
The event, a sell-out success, brings together more than 70 specialists.
It boasts a 10-year history but the 2010 event will be the biggest yet.
It includes some of the county’s top wedding designers, car companies, florists, cake makers, photographers and hair and make-up stylists.
“We are really looking forward to welcoming couples planning to get married to the centre this week,”said Michael Haines, corporate regional manager for the Shropshire Star, which is organising the event in conjunction with Telford Shopping Centre.
