County flood warnings

Rising river levels have led to the closure of a number of Shrewsbury roads and car parks.
According to the Shropshire Council website, the following roads are closed:
- Sydney Avenue, Castlefields, Shrewsbury
- The road between Cross Houses & Atcham
- Chilton Farm Lane, Atcham
- Gravel Hill Lane, Nr West Mid Showground, Shrewsbury
Frankwell Main Car Park in Shrewsbury has now reopened.
Frankwell Riverside Car Park has been partially reopened, however the Environment Agency is still occupying the area
Theatre Severn remains open.
According to the Environment Agency the following areas are on flood watch:
- River Severn at Bridgnorth
- River Severn at Wellmeadow Estate, Bridgnorth
- River Severn at Fort Pendlestone & Severn Hall
- River Severn at Hampton Loade & Highley
- River Severn at Quatford
- River Severn from Shrawardine to Shelton
- River Severn at Shrewsbury
- River Severn from Monkmoor to Buildwas
- River Severn from Buildwas to Coalport including Ironbridge
- River Severn at Sutton Wharf
- River Severn at Upper Arley
