Dave Hibbert of Shrewsbury Town scores to make it 1-3
Shrewsbury Town came away from Bradford celebrating a 3-1 victory.
Manager Paul Simpson, who does not spare his criticisms when games are lost, was equally quick to praise his squad.
After the game he said: “I think the players have been magnificent today, I really do. We’ve earned a result.”
Shrewsbury went ahead in the first half, thanks to Terry Dunfield’s 11th minute goal and Kevin McIntyre’s penalty in the 45th minute. The victory was sealed by Dave Hibbert’s goal in the 79th minute.
